The same crew. The same truck. The same standard, every visit.
Most outfits hand you off to a rotating cast of subcontractors. We don't. The person who edges your lawn in July is the person clearing your walk in January — which means we know where your sprinkler heads are buried and where the salt belongs.
Equipment is dialed in for our region: commercial zero-turns with stripe rollers in summer, a small fleet of skid-steers and pickup-mounted V-plows for the lake-effect snow that rolls off Erie. Nothing flashy, just the right tool maintained well.

Walk the property
We meet you on site, measure square footage, flag obstacles, and note the things a satellite photo can't tell us — gate widths, slope, drainage, shade lines.
Quote, plain
You get a single page within 48 hours. Line-itemed, season-priced, no automatic upsells. If you only want one season, that's fine — most of our clients keep both.
Schedule & agree
Mowing slots in by day-of-week. Snow priority is determined by route geography, not contract size. Storm response triggers at four inches, automatically.
Steady service
Same crew. Photo-logged visits. Invoices the first of each month. The vast majority of our properties have been with us five years or more.
“They've cut our grass since the year we moved in, and they were already plowing my parents' driveway before that. Two phone calls in fifteen years.”— K. Marek, Livonia · Client since 2011
