Contract & priority slot
Priority is set by route geography, not contract size. Commercial routes go first by ordinance, then residential by neighborhood cluster.

At four inches accumulated, the route activates automatically. You get a text. Crew is rolling within 90 minutes.
Post-storm log
Photo log of what was cleared, where salt was applied, and any damage we noticed. Sent same morning.
